We front the cost of getting your home ready.

Staging. Painting. Flooring. Landscaping. Cosmetic repairs. Compass pays for them up front — you reimburse at closing.

The data is clear: homes that show well sell for more and sell faster. The problem is, most sellers can't afford to put another $20–$80k into a home they're about to leave. Compass Concierge solves that. You and I scope the work together, Compass funds it (from $1,000 up to $100,000+ depending on your home), and the cost is paid back from your sale proceeds.

No upfront costs. No interest. No hidden fees. If for any reason your home doesn't sell, the only obligation is to repay what Compass advanced — no markup.

02 · Private Exclusives

Test the market without burning days on it.

List your home privately, only to Compass agents and their clients. No public listing. No Days on Market clock.

Compass Private Exclusives lets us market your home to the entire Compass network — over 30,000 agents and their qualified buyers — before it ever appears on Zillow, Redfin, or the public MLS. This is invaluable for sellers who want privacy, who are testing a price, or whose home isn't quite photo-ready yet.

If a buyer emerges privately, you close at a price you love without ever publicly listing. If they don't, your "Days on Market" counter starts at zero when we go public — no perception of a stale listing.

03 · Compass Coming Soon

A 7-day head start before you hit the public market.

Build buyer demand and gather pricing feedback before your home officially launches.

Coming Soon is a one-week private launch on Compass.com. Buyers can see the property, save it, and request showings — but the listing doesn't appear on the MLS or syndicate to Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. yet.

This gives us hard, real-time data on buyer interest before we commit to a public price. By the time the listing officially goes live, we already have showings scheduled and serious buyers warmed up. It is one of the most under-used and highest-impact seller tools at Compass.

Compass Bridge Loan Services gives you access to vetted lenders offering competitive rates on short-term financing — and uniquely, Compass will front up to six months of your loan payments when you list with a Compass agent.
